Send an Email to a List of Referees

Sometimes you may need to send an email out to a group of referees. SportLynx makes this easy to do, right from the Referees module.

Follow the steps below to send an email to a list of referees:

Step 1: Navigate to the Referees module, and the Referees list

Step 2: Set the filters so the list selects only the referees you want to email.

For example, you may only want to email Active Referees. In that case, click the "Active" status filter button.

Step 3: Now that you have the list you want, click the Email button on the top right of the list.

You will see the Lynxmail Quickmail dialog open. Compose your email, and then click Send and select one of the roles you want to send the email as.

That's it! The email will be sent as that role.
