Share Files

In Lynxbox, you can share files via two methods -

1. Email
2. A 24-hour link

Via Email

Step 1: Navigate to Lynxbox

Step 2: Now you are in the SportLynx's Lynxbox. Here, you can navigate to the file(s) you want to share. First, click the drive your file is in.

Step 3: Now click on the folder you want to share your files from. If it is multiple levels deep, you will need to navigate to it.

Step 4: When you get to the folder that has the file you want to share, click the file's card to select it. You will see buttons for actions appear above it - Edit, Delete, and Email. Click on Email.

Step 5: Now a new pop-up window will appear to compose an email. In this window, you have to add an email address in the To field for the person you want to send it to, the Subject. The file(s) you selected are automatically attached to the email, as shown below.

Click on Send button.

Once you click send, the email will be sent to the recipient with the file attached. You have successfully shared a File.

Via Link 

Step 1: Navigate to Lynxbox

Step 2: Now you are in the SportLynx's Lynxbox. Here, you can navigate to the file(s) you want to share. First, click the drive your file is in.

Step 3: Now click on the folder you want to share your files from. If it is multiple levels deep, you will need to navigate to it.

Step 4: On the following screen, find the file you want to share, and then click on it's 24 hr link button.

Now, once you have copied the link, you can email it, text it or send it in a chat. This link will be available for 24 hours and anyone can get the file, within the timeslot, if they have the link.
