Override a Game Conflict to Assign a Referee

If your organization has configured SportLynx to prevent game conflicts, you won't be able to assign a referee to a game that conflicts with another event on their calendar.

However there are cases where you need to override this system rule. Follow the instructions below to assign a referee to a conflicting game:

1. Go to the Referees module and the click on Global Settings, and then the Scheduling tab.

2. Click Edit and then change "Allow Assigned Conflicts" to Yes and Save.

3. Go back to the Assigning module and make your conflicting assignment.

4. Go back to the Global Settings module and change "Allow Assigned Conflicts" back to No (remember to Save)!
